Bribie Classic Boat Regatta

The 24th Bribie Classic Boat Regatta takes place on the shores of Bribie Island on May 19-23rd. Located about an hour north of Brisbane, this community event showcases the pristine beauty of the Pumicestone Passage.

“Bribie Island in the Moreton Bay region is blessed with wonderful waterways ideal for all types of boating and fishing. The picturesque Glasshouse mountains form a natural backdrop to an island that is still ‘cruisey’, full of charm and rich in cultural history.  This is why an emphasis on projects that have an aquatic element is a core consideration for our club and is a natural choice for Bribie Island’’ according to Ms Wilson.

The BACE team have been reaching out to organisations and businesses in the Moreton region to support this event to stimulate tourism, the local economy and a sense of well-being and pride.
